has finished filming on Netflix’s OUTLANDER, playing the role Captain Baines.

Joe plays Richie McAvoy on season 2 of ANNIKA and recently filmed on BBC’s CASUALTY.

He also plays Donnie in the feature MERCY FALLS, directed by Ryan Hendrick.
